Bubby was picked up by a utility worker and contacted Animal Control.  He had no collar nor tags and all efforts to locate his family came up empty.  Our foster family was able to take him soon after he arrived at the pound.  Bubby is a runner, when the door is open, he is gone.  Fenced yard is recommended.
