Brittle was surrendered to the local pound by her family.  The family was traveling to Oregon and their air conditioner broke and the dogs were not handling the heat and confinement so they surrendered their 2 animals. 

Brittle is extremely timid and is somewhat fearful of men.  She trembles quite a bit with each new situation.  She also has the little dog attitude and is a little aggressive (barks and snaps) toward other animals when she is being held or sitting with you.  She does like to play and enjoys other small dogs.  We said doesn't get along with cats, but she has been good with the kittens.

She does well on a leash and could live in a home without a yard.  She is a companion dog or maybe I should say that she is wanting a companion person.  She wants to be with you all the time.  Low to no shedding.  Adoption Fee $150.
