Buddy was living with a pack of Chihuahuas that were rescued recently.  He loves all the attention that he is getting in his foster home.  Buddy is learning basic obedience and to walk on lead.  His house training in progressing well with the aid of a puppy pad from time to time.  Buddy is playful and will create his own games to get you to play with him.
