Rainier began his life in foster care after his mother was surrendered.  He has only known the comforts of a home with loving moms.  He has had limited interaction with other individuals outside the home, so he will take a little time to trust others.  Being at the shelter now, he is meeting volunteers and getting acquainted to new people and things.  So far, so good on being friendly.
